At Art’s Fish Room, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, there are certain terms and conditions governing returns and refunds to ensure a fair process.
Livestock:
- Due to unforeseen circumstances with couriers and delays, shipped livestock cannot be guaranteed. Sent livestock is therefore at the buyer’s own risk, and refunds on DOA (dead on arrival) stock will only be given if customers send a clear video or photo of the deceased livestock in the unopened bag within 1 (one) hour of delivery. Refund requests can be sent to admin@artsfishroom.co.za
Dry Goods:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return a dry goods item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- If there is an obvious defect, you must contact Art’s Fish Room within 24 hours of collection. A photograph of the product may be requested and must be supplied on request.
- Refunds for defective dry goods will be issued within 24 hours once the defect has been confirmed.
Return Process:
- Please contact us at admin@artsfishroom with subject line “RETURN” to initiate a return.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Shipping:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
